Since I was very young, I have always engaged in helping professions, whether that be in jobs or volunteerships, or looking for ways to support individuals, families and my communities. I love walking with people on their journey toward a more balanced and insightful life; creating spaces that support mind, body and soul wellness."

Kristen is a Clinical Manager at Two Chairs.

She strives to create an honest and caring environment, supported by evidence-based practices, in order to enhance a person’s overall health and wellness with accessible, high-quality mental health care.

In her spare time, Kristen enjoys practicing yoga, exploring new and exciting places and spending time with friends and family.
