she/her
Kirsten
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
"Kirsten has experience providing support for people experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, identity concerns, career challenges, and relationship difficulties. Her approach includes strength based, attachment based, and family systems work, as these interventions validate existing strengths while unlearning thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve us. She utilizes interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, compassion focused therapy, among others.
Her approach is whole person centered, and she uses an eclectic blend of modalities that are tailored to each client. She believes that everyone has the right to radical self-love and welcomes people of all races, genders and sexual identities.
Kirsten provides a safe and non-judgmental space, and looks forward to being a professional partner on your journey towards healing."
In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys spending time with friends and family, petting cats, road trips, travelling overseas, enjoying music, attending live concerts, going to museums, making art, hiking in the mountains and spending time near the ocean.
