Jonathan is motivated to by helping client gain clarity, move from insight to action, and develop practical tools that improve daily functioning. His clinical style is integrative and client-centered. drawing from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based and interpersonal approaches. Jonathan focuses on bringing awareness to thinking patterns, strengthening emotional resilience and building effective coping skills. Sessions will be collaborative, and appropriately challenging. Jonathan is grateful for the opportunity the help clients live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
In his spare time Jonathan enjoys cooking, adventuring with his family, falling asleep to a good book, drinking coffee , visiting nurseries and going on walks with his Airedale Terriern named Leopold.
