Jenny’s approach to therapy is collaborative and empowering. She has a passion for working with people who have a variety of presenting concerns, including substance use and mental health challenges. She helps people become aware of thoughts, feelings and behaviors to enhance a genuine relationship with self and others.  She incorporates mindfulness, solution-focused and other evidence-based techniques into her practice to support self-determination and a revived sense of purpose.

In her spare time Jenny enjoys practicing yoga, being in nature, meditation and spending time with friends, family and her Calico cat, PB.
