Jeanelle
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Jeanelle is motivated by a deep passion for helping individuals heal from trauma and strengthen their connections with themselves and others. Her clinical style is attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and relational, while also incorporating CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy techniques. She believes therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique strengths and needs.
In her free time, Jeanelle enjoys reading, journaling, and developing creative writing projects. She also has a passion for creating warm, inviting living spaces. Outside of her professional work, she finds joy in baking, exploring coffeehouses, and tackling crossword puzzles. Jeanelle values spending time with her family and continuously seeks new ways to nurture her personal growth and creativity.
