Jamie takes a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to her clients unique needs and goals. She provides a non-judgmental, action-oriented and supportive environment where her clients feel safe and comfortable. She is a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist (CBT) and believes that changing one’s negative and maladaptive thinking can improve one’s feelings and behaviors. Jamie enjoys working together with her clients, to identify challenges and work on strategies to help them move forward with growth, confidence, and improved functioning. Jamie incorporates her extensive teaching experience to provide her clients with the education and tools they need to move closer to where they want to be in life, even when things feel challenging.
In her spare time, Jamie enjoys spending quality time with her son, family, and friends. She loves movies, going to concerts and is a dire-hard football fan!
