She provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for those navigating life’s challenges, and she fosters the development of coping strategies while uncovering avenues for personal growth. Erin’s clinical approach allows clients to explore the depths of their thoughts and emotions, ensuring they feel seen, heard and valued. With a strong relational focus, she aims to rebuild attachments and create opportunities for healing. She is committed to walking alongside her clients on their journey toward a more empowered and harmonious life.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys weightlifting, paddleboarding, hiking, reading and crocheting. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends, while also finding joy in the companionship of her dog during their adventures together.
