She is passionate about offering a non-judgmental and compassionate therapeutic space, focusing on the therapeutic relationship and authentic connection with her clients. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, centered around the client and grounded in evidence-based approaches. In her work with couples, Erika seeks to work collaboratively to identify opportunities for growth, insight and change that is meaningful to them. Erika values the wisdom and insight that clients bring to sessions and takes  a warm and respectful approach to focus on developing healthy patterns and  practices, navigating challenges and transitions and fostering and  strengthening relationships.

In her spare time, Erika enjoys traveling internationally, hiking, practicing yoga and spending time with friends and family.
