Elizabeth Winton
She/Her
Elizabeth
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Elizabeth partners with individuals who are ready to stop outrunning their shadows and start integrating them. Her clinical approach is transparent, relational, and grounded in the belief that the rapport built is the primary catalyst for transformation. Elizabeth enjoys exploring the internal friction and subconscious patterns that stall evolution, unearthing the dormant strengths required to create profound behavioral shifts.
In her spare time, Elizabeth leans into the thrill of the 'shadow' through her love of horror films and suspenseful TV. She is a firm believer in the restorative power of nature, she spends much of her time kayaking with friends. In addition, Elizabeth’s downtime is a balance of movement and connection; you’ll find her trekking through various hiking trails, visiting the zoo, or surrounded by her many owned animals. Whether she is locked into a competitive game night or recharging with her family, she prioritizes the same authentic, grounded connections she fosters in her clinical work.
