About
Eka
I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and rebuild their self-confidence. By focusing on your unique strengths from day one, I help you develop coping strategies that actually work for your life.
My eclectic style is tailored to your specific goals, combining professional expertise with the energy of an affirming cheerleader. I show up to every session with a non-judgmental and genuine heart, holding space for your innate ability to thrive. If you are new to therapy, I provide a warm and welcoming introduction to the healing process.
I believe in the importance of connection and restoration in my own life as well. When I am not supporting clients, I am often found in the kitchen cooking or embracing my role as a dedicated sports mom for my oldest child. I find peace and grounding during walks on the beach with my husband and kids, and I love the vibrant energy of being a concert-goer.
Known by friends and family as the "hostess with the mostess," I find joy in bringing people together for holidays and birthday celebrations. Whether I’m hosting a crowd or enjoying a quiet moment, I am rarely without a cup of coffee or tea in hand.
