Dian Merrill, LMFT

She/Her

Dian is a Therapist at Two Chairs.

She enjoys helping individuals learn to change the way they think about problems to create healthier, happier lives. She works with clients to replace distorted, negative beliefs that may be hampering personal growth and relationships. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help people examine how powerfully their negative beliefs about themselves and the world can undermine their happiness and goals. Journaling exercises can be an illuminating and cathartic way to accelerate therapy if you enjoy this form of expression.

In her free time, Dian enjoys swimming, reading, playing with her Maine Coon mix cat, and getting together with family and friends.
