About
Deborah
Deborah is committed to helping clients reach a sense of balance and serenity. She uses a gentle, holistic approach to assist clients while they explore areas in their lives that are causing distress. After identifying root causes of distress, a plan will be created to, not only alleviate distress, but develop skills to help navigate life as it unfolds. She also incorporates humor into sessions when appropriate.

In her spare time, Deborah enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, good food & coffee and watching British crime dramas.
