Cassandra is a Therapist at Two Chairs.

She is passionate about helping clients increase their insight and awareness to truly understand themselves better than ever before. She believes this step will lead to more positive outcomes when faced with discomfort stemming from fear, anxiety, depression, etc. Her approach is unique in that she offers understanding, compassion and empathy while also being direct when appropriate. She understands how difficult this time can be and is ready to join her clients in their process. 

In her free time, Cassandra enjoys playing hockey, traveling and spending time with her family.
