C'Anne
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
C’Anne loves to see her clients become aware of their own power to overcome life’s challenges and improve their life experiences. Her focus is on working in partnership with clients to help them understand how their current coping strategies may be outdated or limited and expanding their toolbox so they feel more capable of managing whatever new challenges come along.

C’Anne spends most of her free time chilling with family and friends, playing video or board games, reading, and cooking or baking. She loves to laugh and values time spent doing nothing in particular with her loved ones, which are her main self-care strategies.
