About
Bri
Hi, I'm Bri! Over the last 10 years, I’ve had the joy of walking alongside a wonderful variety of clients. I am deeply passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum, as well as people navigating relationship dynamics and women’s issues. I also have a special place in my heart for helping clients heal from past emotional wounds and childhood trauma. My therapy style is highly relational, expressive, and deeply collaborative. I believe in showing up as my authentic self in the therapy room, which means I tend to be direct, but always with a lot of warmth and compassion. I love gently challenging and encouraging my clients to become their absolute best selves. I also believe that healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time as humor is such a powerful tool, so you can definitely expect us to share some laughter in our sessions.
When I’m not in session, my heart is really focused on my family and my community. I absolutely love spending my free time with my daughter and my partner. I’m someone who thrives on staying active, so you can often find me hiking, taking a Pilates class, lifting weights, or doing just about anything that gets my body moving. I love to be near any body of water. When it's time to wind down, I love getting lost in a good book and soaking up as much quality time with my friends as I can. For me, building strong, meaningful connections with the people I care about is what life is all about.
