About
Ashley
Hi, I’m Ashley. I am a warm, empathetic therapist who loves to put my client’s situation front and center for us to work on. I love showing clients their strengths and leveraging all the things they’re already doing well in their lives to help them when life gets hard. My style is flexible and client-centered - you're in the driver's seat and we'll only go as fast or as slowly as you're comfortable with - your safety is my #1 priority!
In my free time I love walking outside (especially by the ocean), baking, and cooking. I do also love a good scary movie! I’m a cisgender, African-American woman that uses she/her pronouns.
