Ashley is a calm, supportive presence that loves meeting people where they are at and helping them identify changes they would like to make in their lives. She works hard to highlight the strengths clients bring to therapy and leverage those strengths in helping clients find their path forwards in life.
In her spare time Ashley enjoys reading, spending time near the ocean, baking, cooking, and watching movies.
