He is skilled at listening, asking effective questions, and inviting clients to examine their presenting concerns or struggles in a safe and supportive way. He specializes in relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, the psyche of current and former athletes as well as themes of race and cultural identity. He identifies as multi-racial and Asian American. He is interculturally responsive and inclusive. His therapy practice affirms intersectionality and the complex identities of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.

Outside the clinical setting, Aaron enjoys his family, playing sports, and dabbling in music.
