Yovani Ayala

she/her
Yovani
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Yovani enjoys helping her clients better understand their own thoughts and feelings while learning to build resilience and acceptance. She approaches each session as an opportunity to work with the client to explore; learn, develop and practice skills; make a plan for healing and create the desired positive changes.

In her spare time, Yovani enjoys spending quality time with her daughters and her canine boys. She loves to watch the newest movies and documentaries that streaming services can provide. Yovani likes to perform self-care in dim lighting to relax her mind and to do creative activities like coloring, drawing and writing. She finds a lot of joy in music, funny stand-up comedians, quality time with loved ones, and (the biggest joy of all) a big cozy blanket.
