She works collaboratively to identify recurring patterns, reshape negative thoughts and behaviors, and strengthen effective coping strategies.

In her spare time, Tawanda enjoys watching movies, spending quality time with family members, cooking, arts and crafts, dancing, bike riding, and comedy.
