Stephanie aims to meet the client where they are while forming a strong therapeutic relationship. She enjoys working alongside each client as they identify, navigate and overcome challenges in their life by utilizing their own unique strengths. Stephanie enjoys a collaborative approach to therapy through which clients have a safe space to explore self-image, align their values with their actions and improve their overall mental health.
When she is not working with clients, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to music and watching scary movies. Stephanie also likes to stay active by running and trying out different group-fitness classes.
