About
Stephanie
My motivation as a clinician comes from helping people feel seen, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to meet you where you are. My clinical style is rooted in emotional attunement and supportive guidance helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with your own resilience. Whether you are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship challenges, I create a space that feels safe, steady, and genuinely human, honoring your lived experience and pacing growth in a way that feels authentic to you.
In my spare time, I gravitate toward activities that help me feel grounded and connected. I love running and spending time in nature, whether that is a quiet trail, a coastal walk, or a long weekend in a new place. Travel brings me joy and perspective, and often connects me with my love of food and music. I am also an avid reader who enjoys everything from reflective nonfiction to historical fiction. These interests help me maintain balance, fuel my curiosity, and bring a sense of renewal that I carry into my work with clients.
