About
Simon-Peter
I enjoy assisting clients in developing the skills they need to overcome their obstacles and address their past traumas through the use of evidence-based practices such as CBT, but with an eclectic style tailored to the client’s needs. Whether it’s the need to reprocess trauma, build awareness around thinking patterns, or analyze existential questions; I help clients break down the barriers standing between them and live out their healthiest, most fulfilling life.
I spend my spare time lifting weights and gardening. At times I go on adventures in his D&D campaign or out to see a live concert.
