Shloka Iyer
She/Her
Shloka
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
"Shloka works with high-functioning adults who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and life transitions. Her clients often appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain internally. With a warm, grounded, and exploratory style, Shloka helps clients stay connected to what matters most while making room for humor, insight and growth. She believes therapy doesn't always have to feel heavy and aims to make the process more human, supportive and real.
In session, Shloka meets clients where they are, gently challenging what may be keeping them stuck while honoring each person’s pace and unique story.
As an immigrant, she brings personal insight to her work with individuals navigating cultural identity, family dynamics, and the pressure to constantly achieve. Her goal is not to help clients become someone else, but to feel more at home in who they already are."
In her spare time, Shloka enjoys spending time with her partner and cat, soaking in some sunny hikes, or unwinding with the latest thriller movie. She finds joy in music and dance; attending music festivals when she can, and loves catching up with her family and friends across timezones
