Her approach is eclectic with a foundation based on a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. Allowing for exploration of self and working through barriers to people reaching their full potential, she is passionate about breaking stigmas attached to mental health.

In her spare time, Sheena enjoys crafting, learning about and exploring new topics or places, and catching up with friends and family.
