Shauna is the Clinical Director at Two Chairs in Los Angeles.

She is continuously inspired to be an instrument for change in mental health; she believes it is important to redefine how people see therapy, relationships and themselves. She helps clients accomplish their goals, fostering growth and improving emotional tolerance, self-awareness, purpose and self-esteem.

In her spare time, Shauna enjoys writing poetry, learning about new cultures and exploring new music and places. She also enjoys returning to her native land, Jamaica.
