She is continuously inspired to be an instrument for change in mental health; she believes it is important to redefine how people see therapy, relationships and themselves. In her spare time, Shauna enjoys writing poetry, learning about new cultures and exploring new music and places. She also enjoys returning to her native land, Jamaica.
