She/Her
Sharae
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Sharae understands that navigating life's challenges can feel overwhelming, whether you're dealing with daily struggles or major life events. As a therapist, She enjoys working alongside clients as a partner on this journey toward healing and growth. She’ll work with you to process difficult emotions, problem-solve effectively, and find a path to acceptance. She believes the most challenging moments we experience are also the perfect time for self-growth and positive change. She trusts that even when we feel hopeless, hope is never actually lost. Sharae possesses extensive experience in working with diverse populations, including children, adults, families, individuals within correctional settings, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her expertise encompasses addressing a wide range of challenges, such as depression, anger management difficulties, anxiety, severe mental illness, addiction, self-esteem issues, trauma, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and difficulties in establishing healthier personal structures.
Outside of the therapeutic space, Sharae enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She finds joy going to new coffee shops and reading a good book. She loves nature and having new adventures. Her newest adventure has been adopting her new Goldendoodle puppy, Parker Leigh!
