Sarah
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Sarah enjoys working collaboratively with her clients as they journey to identify the internal and external barriers they face and, ultimately, learn and develop new skills and tools to help them overcome those barriers. She approaches clinical work as a partnership and enjoys seeing her clients choose their values and goals and then build the skills and tools they need to pursue and achieve them.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys reading, playing video and board games, knitting, and spending time with her family and friends. She finds joy and solace in music, stories and spending time in the woods.
