Sarah Chavez

She/Her
Sarah
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Sarah approaches her work through a holistic, person-centered lens, meeting each client as a collaborator rather than from a hierarchical stance. She believes deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship, recognizing that clients invite her into some of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives. Sarah holds that trust with care and intention, honoring the courage it takes to engage in meaningful change. Motivated by the belief that every individual carries innate strengths, Sarah supports clients in discovering and reconnecting with those abilities. She helps them challenge negative self-narratives, gain new perspectives, and cultivate insights that empower resilience and growth. In her role, Sarah walks alongside clients as they navigate their journeys, fostering an environment of compassion, curiosity, and transformative possibility.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys connecting with her family and friends. She finds joy in tending to her lawn, coaching soccer, and experiencing live music. Whenever she can, Sarah loves to spend time outdoors, soaking up the fresh air and natural beauty around her.
