Rio is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. He works from a relational lens and enjoys helping clients understand how their past informs the present, while building tools for meaningful change. Rio blends insight-oriented exploration with practical strategies to help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and move toward their personal goals.
In his spare time, Rio enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking vegetarian meals, and spending time with his partner and their talkative husky. He finds joy in live music, hiking, reading fiction, and discovering cozy coffee shops. Community, creativity, and connection are important values in both his personal and professional life.
