Natalie Evans

She/Her
Natalie
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Natalie’s style is warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental. She focuses on building authentic connections and allows clients to take the lead at a pace that feels comfortable for them. At the same time, she isn’t afraid to ask thoughtful questions, offer supportive challenges, or use humor to help lighten the process when it fits. Natalie views clients as the experts of their own lives, and sees her role as helping them recognize and build on their strengths. While she naturally leans toward an unstructured, conversational approach, she also draws on evidence-based practices for skill-building and support when helpful. She works collaboratively with clients to process emotions, explore values, and identify tools and strategies that enhance well-being and foster confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Neely, and relaxing at the beach. She also loves puzzles, collecting fidgets, frozen yogurt and winding down with a good TV show.
