About
Mini
Hi, I'm Mini. I'm glad you're here. A little about me... Over the past 20 years, I have walked alongside individuals navigating the struggles of depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care and Treatment modalities. My therapeutic approach focuses on creating a warm, caring, and supportive environment essential for healing and personal growth. I meet my clients exactly where they are, helping guide them toward where they want to be. While my care is highly collaborative, I am also comfortable being direct and offering gentle challenges when needed. I have expertise working with multicultural, faith-based, and career-minded individuals, while also competent in treating those who identify with the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals navigating substance use or addiction.
In my spare time, I enjoy connecting with friends and family, but I also deeply appreciate quiet moments spent in nature, reading, or watching movies. Additionally, I am passionate about animal welfare; over the past few years, I have volunteered with the local animal shelter to foster more than 25 kittens. I also love to travel and immerse myself in the culture, food, and lifestyles of different communities.
