Mika approaches therapy with a strong relational focus and specializes in addressing such challenges as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. Mika's work is guided by many years of professional experience.

In her spare time, Mika enjoys spending time with her loved ones, working in her garden, hiking, and taking new adventures.
