Drawing on mindfulness-based practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and positive psychology, she empowers clients to identify unhelpful patterns, build on strengths, and create practical strategies for personal growth.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family, enjoying nature, cooking and baking, or watching a good movie. She finds joy in music, reading, spirituality, and travel.
