Meri enjoys getting to understand each client's unique experience. Her goal is to create a safe place for healing and self-discovery. She likes to help clients make sense of feelings and behaviors that don't make sense and create meaning in both joy and sadness. Her style is warm and compassionate with the focus on facilitating change, challenging fear, self-limiting beliefs, and freeing up inner resources to restore healthy functioning and authentic self.

In her spare time, Meri enjoys the outdoors, beach walks, hiking, spending time in nature. She loves a good book, movies, theater, art activities. She is happy when getting to together with good friends and spending time with her kids and husband.
