She is motivated to help individuals achieve greater mental well-being and personal growth. Her clinical style is integrative, drawing upon mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a culturally sensitive approach to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and background. She believes in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience.

In her free time, Melonie enjoys baking, creating, and spending time with family and friends.
