Maura enjoys meeting each client with validation, connection and empowerment while providing tools and strategies to help them effectively reach their individual goals. Maura’s approach includes direct solution-focused interventions that are tailored to the individual and built on the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship.
In her spare time, Maura enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whether by playing card games, joining volleyball leagues or strolling the City of San Diego. Maura also enjoys spending as much time as she can cuddling with her puppy, Briggs.
