is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Loretta supports her clients’ feelings and validates their experiences through a nonjudgmental approach of active listening, empathy and advocacy. Clients connect with Loretta as a trusted resource with whom they feel heard and seen. She focuses on helping them reframe distorted thoughts, utilizing their own values and ethics. She empowers clients to determine their own desired changes, motivating them as an equal partner in the process.
Loretta participates in her own process groups discussing identity and self-worth, which have helped her immensely in her own growth. She is committed to partaking in movement daily, especially outside, to enhance her mental health. She also enjoys art therapy.
