Liz
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Liz enjoys working collaboratively with clients to assist them in their awareness of factors that impact their emotional well-being. She has a professional background in mindfulness, sports psychology, and cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based modalities, which help her work with each person to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and support clients in feeling empowered to take healthy steps that suit their individual needs. She enjoys being a witness to client awareness, insight and growth.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with friends and her rescue dog, continuing her mindfulness meditation practice and spending time at the ocean. She finds joy in laughter, watching sitcoms, being a part of social communities and growing personally and professionally.
