Liz comes to counseling with the firm belief that people can truly heal from mental health issues—nothing is out of reach. She enjoys working with people to help them create a path to their best life, beginning with listening to and affirming their lived experience. She likes working collaboratively with people to guide and support change in their lives.

Liz enjoys gardening, decorating, and crafting, with a special affinity for making handmade cards for any occasion. She also enjoys camping and going to the beach.
