Lisa Freedman

She/Her
Lisa
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Lisa views therapy through the lens of self compassion, understanding and collaboration. She strives to develop individualized interventions that incorporate their strengths and values. One of her greatest joys is watching her clients move on with the confidence that they can manage the ebbs and flows of life's stressors on their own.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys riding and sharing horses with her daughter, playing Scrabble with her mother, gardening, and discussing today's relevant issues with anyone who will listen. She finds peace among the Redwood trees at her home in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
