Lesley Glenn
She/Her
Lesley
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Lesley values building a safe, trusting connection with her clients and believes that feeling understood is essential to meaningful change. Her clinical style is warm and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients increase awareness of their thoughts and emotions, clarify what matters most to them, and make intentional choices aligned with their values. She integrates evidence-based approaches with a relational-lens, supporting clients as they build self- compassion, deepen insight, and relate differently to long-standing patterns and life experiences.
In her free time, Lesley enjoys grounding activities that support balance and presence. She values time at home, listening to music, reading, spending time in nature, and meaningful connection with loved ones. Making space for rest and reflection helps her show up with presence and care in her work.
