Leena
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
I use a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, meeting clients exactly where they are. My goal is to help individuals identify patterns and overcome various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and irrational thoughts. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and feel truly heard. Through this collaborative process, I support clients in developing healthier coping skills, gaining greater self-understanding, and building a more confident sense of self. I am deeply committed to authenticity, honesty, and validating your experiences. Ultimately, my goal is to help you build confidence, balance, and resilience in both your personal and professional life. My clients describe me as caring, directive, and compassionate.
In my spare time, I enjoy connecting with nature, reading, and working out.
