Lee Teufel-Prida
She/Her/Hers
Lee
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Lee is drawn to being present with someone during their hardest moments—offering support, compassion, and the belief that change is possible. She is a natural listener, deeply empathetic, and curious about human behavior. It's about walking alongside someone as they find their own strength and direction.
Lee offers an integrative, evidence-based approach for clients navigating modern life's complexities. She's attuned to how stress, anxiety, and depression undermine well-being and relationships. She blends clinical excellence with warmth to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create sustainable change.
Lee is easy to talk to and strives to make you feel heard and at ease. She values open, honest communication, and creates a supportive space where you can speak freely without fear of judgment. She listens closely, reflects with empathy, and stays calm and patient—especially when working through something tough together.
In her spare time, Lee enjoys spending quality time with her family, hosting a regular game night with friends, walking or hiking, and enjoying a good movie. She finds joy in a morning cup of coffee, working with her therapy dogs by her side, and the satisfaction of completing a list of chores.
