Laura
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Laura enjoys working with clients to aid them in self-empowerment, assertiveness and a more mindful approach to life. She believes that self-compassion is an important first step to change-making in one’s internal and external life. She employs acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) techniques, such as goal-setting, mindfulness and establishing values, but also uses various other CBT and SFT techniques.

In her free time, Laura enjoys participating in trivia events, watching movies and TV, and listening to music. She finds contentment and happiness in going to concerts, traveling, crafting, meditating, laughing with friends, and spending time with her cat, Cece.
