Kristina Mendez
She/Ella
Kristina
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Kristina values helping her clients live engaged and meaningful lives. She brings her personality and sense of humor to sessions, and works with her clients to build a trusting and warm therapeutic relationship. She approaches therapy from a feminist-multicultural lens, meaning she considers the influences of the systems we are a part of on mental health and well being.
In her free time, Kristina chases after her wild toddler, delights in a good cup of tea, basks in the beauty of nature, practices yoga and meditation, and enjoys a mellow surf session.
