Kristen is passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, find their power, and set and maintain empowered boundaries while guiding them toward living without shame. She enjoys reducing mental-health stigma both inside and outside of the mental health profession.

In her spare time, Kristen enjoys teaching weight-training and yoga classes, reading, creating art, playing video games and being a well-adjusted cat lady.
