Kris enjoys forming a strong connection with her clients and through this connection assists to empower her clients to rise up and remember their gifts and strengths. Her approach to therapy is one of compassion, strength, empowerment and inspiration that has led thousands of clients to make the needed changes in their lives.
In her spare time, Kris enjoys walking her pup Sage, exploring the beach or mountains, traveling and checking out some binge worthy Netflix/Prime shows. She finds joy in spiritual practices, friendships, her sons' families and most especially her young grandsons.
