Kelly Garcia

She/her
Kelly
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Kelly is described as kind, compassionate, and a steady presence. Her energy is genuine. She brings warmth, humor, and authenticity into every space. She creates a professional, trusting and collaborative environment where personal exploration is encouraged. The experience and insight she brings stays with clients. She's willing to hold hard conversations, discuss any issues with acceptance and curiosity. Kelly is calming, allowing clients to feel grounded after speaking with her. She sees the human side of struggles and strengthens others to embrace the natural messiness of life with skills and self-compassion. With Kelly you will grow/stretch as she challenges you to think differently, navigate stages of change, and find ways to make tough moments lighter.

Kelly spends time with her elementary age son and husband in Oregon nature. She loves cuddling up with her calico cat and exploring outdoors with her blue heeler dog. She's a dancer, whenever the opportunity allows, she will be dancing at home, with friends, and at a dance studio where she can get to an evening class. She enjoys writing in her journal and finding ways to express herself. She's passionate about chosen family and creates a close knit community of kindred spirits wherever she lives.
