JoEllen
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Her approach to therapy is compassionate, engaging, and deeply empathic. She strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged to explore the emotional pain that led them to seek support. She strives to understand both the strengths and challenges brought to the therapeutic space. She is transparent about counseling techniques highlighting how approaches support growth, healing, and lasting change. Her goal is to ensure that clients exit therapy with knowledge, insight, and skills to manage future challenges.

In her spare time JoEllen enjoys being outdoors, exercising, entertaining, dancing, attending music, theatre and the ballet. She is active in her church. She has a live radio show where she discusses strategies to listeners about how to strategically design and live their best lives.
