Jessica
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
In therapeutic practice, Jessica seeks to truly understand and validate her clients’ experiences. She often approaches therapy through a family systems perspective, which allows us to dig beyond the self and analyze how family of origin, relationships and intergenerational patterns can influence the way someone comes to understand and interpret the world. Through this work, Jessica supports her clients in the arduous work of uncovering patterns, history and unhealed trauma.

During her free time, Jessica enjoys nature walks, quality time with her pup, crafting and watching movies. She finds joy in cozy candles, music, laughter, and time with loved ones.
